	Name:	Dr. Kim K. Forrest, D.D.S
	Bio:	Dr. Kim K. Forrest graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1979. He was accepted to the top dental program in the nation and graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center Dental School in 1983 with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery. He practiced family dentistry and orthodontics for 14 years before specializing in orthodontics. In addition to three different two-year continuing education courses in orthodontics(taken in Atlanta, Dallas, and Harrisburg); Dr. Forrest attended the University of Texas Health Science Center Dental Branch at Houston Graduate Orthodontic Program. From 1997 to 1999, he was the Chief Resident of Orthodontics. He graduated at the top of his class and holds a certificate in Post Graduate Orthodontics and a Masters of Science Degree in Orthodontics from UTHSC at Houston, as well. Dr. Forrest has received numerous awards for his research in orthodontics, has published articles on surgical orthodontics and holds several patents. Most recently, he was voted one of Texas Top Dentists, Specialist in Orthodontics, in the November 2006 issue of Texas Monthly and voted "Top Doc" in H Houston Magazine. Dr. Forrest had the honor of teaching graduate orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics as Associate Clinical Professor at the University Of Texas Dental School in Houston. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the Greater Dental Society, the Southwest Society of Orthodontists, and the American Association of Orthodontists. He is also Board Certified. Dr. Forrest, his wife Jennifer and their daughters Skyler and Summer live in Cinco Ranch in Katy, Texas. Dr. Forrest is an avid supporter of the Katy area schools and their organizations.
	Name:	Dr. Sam A. Winkelmann, D.D.S.
	Bio:	Dr. Sam A. Winkelmann is a native Houstonian. He attended Rice University and the University of Houston, and received his general dentistry training at the University of Texas Dental Branch graduating in the top ten of his class in 1968. The following two years, he did a residency in orthodontics and received a Masters of Science Degree and a certificate to specialize in orthodontics in 1970. He began his practice in July of 1970. Dr. Winkelmann has been actively engaged in the private practice of orthodontics for 37 years. As associate clinical professor of orthodontics at the University of Texas at Houston Dental Branch, Dr. Winkelmann stays at the forefront of orthodontics and this allows him to keep up with the latest advancements, thus providing the best possible care for his patients. He is a member of the Greater Houston Dental Society, the Texas Dental Association, the Southwest Society of Orthodontists, and the American Association of Orthodontists. Dr. Winkelmann is also Board Certified. He and his wife, Ginger, live in the Katy area. Ask him about his grandchildren. He is always eager to talk about them.
	Name:	Dr. Kathleen R. McGrory, D.D.S.
	Bio:	Dr. Kathleen R. McGrory attended the University of Missouri where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and a minor in Political Science. After moving to Texas, Dr. McGrory studied dentistry at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She received her D.D.S. degree from the UT Health Science Center at Houston, along with multiple scholastic awards and induction into the dental honor society Omicron Kappa Upsilon, which is limited to the top ten percent of a graduating dental class. Upon completion of her dental training, Dr. McGrory was accepted into residency at the UT Health Science Center at Houston where she received a Master of Science degree and Certificate in Orthodontics. Dr. McGrory takes an active role in meeting and exceeding the standards of her profession. Dr. McGrory is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodontists(ABO). She is an active member of many professional organizations including the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the Greater Houston Dental Society, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Southwest Society of Orthodontists, and the American Association of Women Dentists. Dr. McGrory is the Clinical Director of Orthodontics at the UT Health Science Center at Houston. Dr. McGrory's family includes husband Kevin and son Gavin. They live in the Houston area.
